Videotape Repair

Special Notes:
Tapes that are broken cannot be spliced together—the exposed ends of   the tapes created by the breakage must be attached to the take-up and   rewind reels, sometimes requiring second housings.
We strongly recommend making a duplication of the repaired tape—
it's added protection at a minimal cost.
Prices increase as the size of the tape decreases due to the difficulty
of the required repair and the intensive labor involved.
The higher cost of the "save all footage" repair is due primarily to the   added expense of the required second housing (tape case).
Repairs that end up being more labor intensive/time consuming than   expected will involve additional charges. The dealer/customer will be   informed in time to approve or decline costly repairs.
Normal Processing time is one week for up to 5 hours of video.
